Daishin-in is one of the lesser-known sub-temples of Myōshin-ji. Open year-round, its gardens contain a number of Kirishima tsutsuji flowers that bloom in mid-April. Despite having passed by numerous times, I have only been to this temple once and as such do not know much about its history.
